2. We refine the details

I’ll review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours to ask any follow-up questions, discuss pricing, and confirm timelines.

3. Confirmation & creation

Once the details are finalised, a payment link will be shared to confirm your order. This allows me to begin work on your piece and reserve time and materials for your project. Work on your piece begins after payment is received, and your order is then thoughtfully handcrafted and delivered within the agreed timeframe.
